Web Dashboard

The Hitler web dashboard provides administrators and managers with a comprehensive view of their organization’s tasks, team performance, and wellbeing metrics.
The web dashboard serves all roles. Admins and managers get the full ops-brain command center, while employees get a simplified dashboard with their own tasks, filters, list/board view toggle, and pipeline access.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Navigate to your Hitler dashboard URL (e.g., https://app.hitler.app)
  2. Sign in with your email/password or via Slack OAuth
  3. You’ll be redirected to the main dashboard

Dashboard Overview (Today Page)

The main dashboard is an ops-brain command center with five views: Today, Clients, Team, Reports, and Cards. The Today page provides at-a-glance metrics and live feeds:

Stat Cards

Key metrics including total tasks, completion rates, and team activity

Pipeline Health

Visual overview of task distribution across pipeline stages

Needs Attention

Shows overdue and blocked tasks that require immediate action

Due Today

Tasks due today with relative time display (e.g., “in 3h”, “2h overdue”). Cards are clickable and open the TaskDetailPanel.
Additional sections on the Today page:
  • Active Alerts — system-generated alerts and flags requiring attention
  • Team Workload — visual distribution of work across team members

Clickable Task Cards

All task cards on the dashboard are clickable — clicking a task opens the TaskDetailPanel, a slide-out panel showing full task details, status, priority, due date, assignee, and action buttons.

Team Mood (Managers/Admins)

If mood tracking is enabled, managers and admins can see the average team mood score and trend.

Chat with Hitler

The Chat page provides a web-based interface to interact with Hitler AI - the same conversational experience available in Slack, but directly in your browser.

Features

  • Natural language interaction - Ask Hitler about your tasks, log moods, or just chat
  • Task creation - Mention tasks and Hitler will auto-create them immediately (no draft confirmation needed)
  • Multiple task support - Mention several tasks at once (e.g., “tomorrow I need to do X, Y, and Z”)
  • Mood logging - Log your daily mood through the chat interface
  • Conversation history - Your conversation persists during the session
  • Multi-language support - Chat in 13 languages with automatic detection

Language Selection

Hitler supports 13 languages and automatically detects which language you’re using. You can also manually set your preferred language:
  1. Click the language dropdown in the top-right corner of the Chat page
  2. Select your preferred language from the list
  3. Hitler will respond in your selected language
Supported languages: English, Hinglish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, and Russian.
Your language preference is saved and remembered across sessions. The bot will also auto-detect and switch languages based on your messages.

Suggested Prompts

When you first open Chat, you’ll see suggested prompts to get started:
  • “What’s on my plate today?”
  • “Add a task: Review the quarterly report”
  • “How am I doing this week?”
  • “Show my pending tasks”

Task Creation

When Hitler detects a task in your message, it auto-creates and confirms the task immediately — no confirmation buttons needed. The bot replies with a summary of the created task(s), each with a display ID (e.g., #12) for easy reference. You can modify or cancel tasks after creation through natural language (e.g., “cancel #12” or “change the due date on #12 to Monday”).
The web chat is great for quick task management without switching to Slack. Your tasks sync instantly across both interfaces.

Tasks View

Navigate to Tasks to see all tasks in your organization.

Filtering Tasks

Use the filters at the top to narrow down tasks:
  • Status: All, Pending, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled
  • Priority: All, Low, Medium, High, Urgent
  • Search: Filter by task title or description

Task Actions

Click on any task to view details and take actions:
  • Start Task: Move from pending to in progress
  • Complete: Mark task as completed
  • Cancel: Cancel a task

Team View (Managers/Admins)

The Team page provides a comprehensive overview of your team’s workload, wellbeing, and performance.

Summary Statistics

At the top of the page, you’ll see four key metrics:
MetricDescription
Team MembersTotal count of team members
Active TasksPending + in-progress tasks across all members
Team MoodAverage mood score with emoji indicator
Active FlagsNumber of active wellbeing flags (highlights critical flags)

Workload Distribution

A visual bar chart shows the top 5 team members by workload (pending + in-progress tasks). Bars are color-coded:
  • Green: Normal workload
  • Yellow: Moderate workload (>50% of max)
  • Red: High workload (>80% of max)

Filtering & Sorting

Use the filter controls to find specific team members:
  • Search: Filter by name or email
  • Role filter: All, Admin, Manager, or Employee
  • Status filter: All, Active, or Inactive
  • Sort by: Name, Workload, or Mood (ascending/descending)

Team Member Cards

Each team member card shows:
  • Profile avatar and name
  • Activity status (active/inactive badge)
  • Flag indicators (color-coded by severity)
  • Task breakdown (pending, in-progress, completed)
  • Last mood score with emoji
Members with critical or high flags have highlighted card borders (red for critical, orange for high) so you can quickly identify who needs attention.

Member Detail Modal

Click on any team member to see detailed information:
  • Profile: Name, email, role
  • Task Statistics: Total, pending, in-progress, completed counts
  • Active Flags: View flag details with severity, reason, and resolve action
  • Recent Tasks: Last 5 tasks with status badges

Managing Flags

From the member detail modal, you can resolve flags directly:
  1. Click on a team member with active flags
  2. View the flag details (severity, reason, date created)
  3. Click “Resolve” to mark the flag as resolved
Resolving a flag doesn’t dismiss the underlying concern - it marks that you’ve addressed it. Follow up with the team member appropriately.
